"I look good National Geographic in these pics, it even looks like I knew what I was doing," she captioned the post. National Parks Service maintain that going for a hike has many physical benefits, like working out your whole body, being outdoors is a mood-booster.

Ary loves to blast calories on the dance floor – and also on the pole. "Let's go to class," she captioned this post. "Let's go to pole dancing class," she adds in the video, showing off her moves.

Ary is all about self-care. She knows that getting rest is crucial to her mental health. "Spa day," she captioned this post.

Ary also loves hopping on her bike, a great low-impact aerobic exercise that is ideal for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance, says the Cleveland Clinic. Going for regular rides can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Arisita also loves running. "Our first race," she captioned a post, revealing she completed a 5k. According to the Mayo Clinic, hitting the pavement is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

One of the key ways she stays fit? She is committed to fitness. As can be evidenced from Arisita's latest social media post, she doesn't skip a workout – even on vacation. "Stretching or flexibility training is the third prong of a balanced exercise program. Muscles tend to shorten and weaken with age. Shorter, stiffer muscle fibers make you vulnerable to injuries, back pain, and stress. But regularly performing exercises that isolate and stretch the elastic fibers surrounding your muscles and tendons can counteract this process. And stretching improves your posture and balance," says Harvard Health.
